In the right situations, yes. But not all deals will be PLOs, You have to ask the right questions and see if a PLO will work for the seller, If it does then we make sure it's a win/win for everyone. The training shows how to identify them.
Results vary, We have students who have got deals in a matter of weeks and some who it takes a few months to get over the line. It really depends on your effort and the time you can put into it, but 5 hours a week is a good start. We run 3 deal clinics a month to help you find deals as quickly as possible.
It can be, even a PLO has costs to it so it is not no money down, but compared to buying property a PLO will only cost a few thousand pounds in solicitor fees. You will find a lot of investors happy to pay those cost for a share of a PLO so while it's not no money down, it doest have to be your money.
